Finance Program Manager

Facebook is seeking to fill the position of Finance Program Manager, supporting our Facebook Operations projects. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, solution-focused individual that can work well with stakeholders at all levels. This individual will be a key part of the Finance Transformation Organization and will be responsible for leading high-profile transformation programs as well as a team of project managers. An ability to think critically, plan, execute & communicate effectively while collaborating across teams and locations and time zones will be key to success in this role. The position is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ireland. * Independently plan, lead and execute complex finance projects & programs collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally * Partner closely with Global Process Owners and Functional Leaders to prioritize and plan cross-functional projects in close partnership with Engineering teams * Lead a team of experienced project managers to execute projects and programs within Functional portfolio’s * Ensure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals * Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels * Determine business roles and resources needed to ensure successful implementation * Work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues * Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigations for functional portfolio * Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills * 8+ years of relevant work experience, with primary focus on large scale Project/Program Management * Experience working in a cross-functional global environment * Leadership experience to align project goals with organization and sponsor goals * Experience with project management best practices and related sets * Experience with system implementations and working with engineering and product teams * Experience leading project management teams/functional PMO * PM certification * Experience working on Finance/Accounting projects/programs Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
