Hey there! :) We are a dynamic French Commercial & Business Aviation
Company. We have several offices around the world - in France, USA,
Morocco, UAE, and South Africa - and we are constantly expanding our
network.
At this moment, we are looking for a full time Accountant to be
responsible for managing all financial transactions. Duties will
involve providing us with accurate quantitative information on
financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while
ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts,
computer printouts;
* Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary
books, transfer data to general ledger, reconcile and balance all
accounts;
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and monitor
cash-flow;
* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
* Look for cost-reduction opportunities;
* Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options;
* Draw up financial statements (trial balance, income statement,
balance sheet), Reporting and Financial Statements;
* Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, and ensure timely
bank payments;
* Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing account information and trends;
* Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database
backups when necessary;
* Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping
financial information confidential;
* Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
* A bachelor degree or equivalent;
* Three years of experience in Accounting;
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and
prioritize work;
* Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills;
* Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures,
including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
* Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus;
* Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency
in MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables;
* Fast and stable internet connection.
Base salary: monthly USD 2,000.00
Full time/fixed price/location: Remote
