POSITION OVERVIEW
As part of the FP&A Team within the Finance Department, you will
contribute to structuring the Group FP&A by automating processes,
building KPIs, improving reliability of financial data and
specializing in the SaaS activity of the Group.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
* Planning and delivering projects
* Coordinate to integrate acquisitions and/or new services in our
administrative processes and tools
* Researching and feeding the Sales Administration team on changes in
processes, new initiatives, and projects
* Take ownership of processes, ensure they are complete and update,
as necessary
* Defining, drafting, and refining new processes & training the Sales
Administration team related to new projects
* Coordination with development teams and competency center to
implement improvements & automation on administrative tools (ERP, and
administration access tool)
* Scope, define and follow a roadmap for centralized invoicing
projects within the group
* Manage and follow up multiple high-profile projects that directly
support efficiency while fulfilling overarching company objectives
* Review performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
implemented projects
* Succinctly communicate progress and status in diverse forums
* Coordinate business change management, value realization, and
successful execution and adoption of key projects across the
organization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Internal
Control.
* Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position in an
international group or delivering similar services via Big 4 audit
firm.
* Advanced analytical skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge in Business intelligence & CRM softwares is highly
appreciated.
* Strong communication skills.
* Capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing
environment.
* Highly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and
optimisation.
* Extremely organized with project management skills.
* Ability to be pragmatic, diplomatic and yet persistent in the
implementation of controls and resolution of identified control
deficiencies.
* Fluency in English and French, other languages appreciated.
