ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college/university
graduate to gain valuable experience in a fast paced, industry-leading
organisation. The Marketing Coordinator will be based in our Pau
(France) office and will report to our Field Marketing Manager, Europe
based in London. You will be involved in a variety of Marketing tasks,
helping to develop and execute corporate marketing campaigns and
communications that reach Anaqua’s clients, prospects, and beyond.
In this role, you will get a chance to further develop previously
acquired skills as well as learn new ones. You will have the
opportunity to join a dynamic international team that covers all
aspects of marketing and be exposed to all facets. In return we ask

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator you will:
* Support the Marketing team in executing the marketing plan and
tactics.
* Support the production and localisation of promotional material,
data sheets, case studies, etc.
* Help manage the company’s online presence (social media,
website, advertising).
* Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials
making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating
new material creation as needed.
* Support regularly scheduled marketing campaigns through email
development & scheduling, landing page creation, and Pardot/Salesforce
data flows.
* Assist with the delivery of key product and market launches,
including related activities such as PRs.
* Support other duties as assigned.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* 1-2 years’ experience in marketing.
* Fluency in German language skills, spoken and written, additional
European language is a plus.
* Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
* Experience using Microsoft Office programmes, CMS, and marketing
automaton software.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage their time
effectively and prioritise tasks to meet a range of deadlines.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both internal
stakeholders.
