YOUR ROLE:
As a member of the BioProcessing team, you will sell a broad portfolio
of innovative products including raw materials, filtration and
purification technologies, single-use and multi-use process
technologies, and services to biopharmaceutical customers.
You will collaborate with companies in the industry to provide
critical products and services used in accelerating the development
and production of life-saving therapeutics and medical products.
You will focus on strengthening the footprint with our e-commerce
business and drive our digital strategy to elevate the customer
experience. In this role, you will manage local customers and dealers
achieving your sales targets and contributing to overall corporate
sales and strategic objectives.
You will ensure that the quarterly and annual budget for your
territory is achieved and provide accurate and detailed forecasts.
You will identify your customers' needs, goals, and/or challenges and
provide solutions to fulfil their needs through the proper positioning
of products, services and expertise.
You will support the launch and market penetration of new products and
technologies.
You will monitor all aspects of our business with the customer to
ensure the business plan is achieved and customers receive appropriate
product and application support.
You will develop a detailed strategic plan to manage your territory
for both short- and long-term revenue growth. You will work closely
with your field sales colleagues and the technical experts to identify
and develop growth accounts.
With products, applications, partnership, and pricing questions you
will increase the company's market presence, emphasize differentiation
from our Life Science's department competitors and build upon the
company's reputation for excellence.
WHO YOU ARE:
* Bachelor's degree. A scientific or engineering degree is a plus.
* Sales experience in a pharmaceutical or Life Science environment
and have a working knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech drug
production processes and unit operations
* Customer-focused and a strong communicator: have affinity to
listen, influence and sell to all levels of an organization
* Show good analytical and organizational skills and have a keen
interest in digital tools
* Fluent in German and English, written and verbal. Good working
knowledge of French is an advantage
* Self-motivated and autonomous, your are also a true team-player
* Youwill be travelling up 10% to customers and meetings
