Stage – Chargé de mission M&A H/F

Job description Stage conventionné de 6 mois à partir de Janvier. Au sein de la Direction Financière Groupe et rattaché directement au Directeur Opérations Financières, vous participez à la réalisation des opérations M&A du groupe Hermès, au suivi des participations et à la veille concurrentielle. Vous assisterez le Directeur Opérations Financières sur les sujets suivants : 1. OPÉRATIONS M&A * Analyse financière des dossiers (business plans, rapports de due dil…) * Revue de la documentation juridique des accords * Préparation des synthèses et supports de présentation des projets 2. VEILLE DE MARCHÉ * Revue stratégique des différents métiers du groupe et veille concurrentielle * Réflexion sur l’intérêt des opportunités d’investissement en lien avec les Métiers 3. MISE À JOUR DE BASES DE DONNÉES * Suivi des participations et des opportunités d’investissement PROFIL RECHERCHÉ: * Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieur, spécialisation Finance * Première expérience M&A/corporate development en entreprise, banque d’affaires, private equity ou transaction services requise * Capacité d’analyse et d’organisation * Rigueur et esprit de synthèse * Intégrité, sens de la confidentialité * Curiosité et agilité d'esprit * Maitrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) * Maîtrise des applications MS Office, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint About the Hermès Group A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs more than 15,000 people worldwide.
