Stage Assistant Business Analyst & Prévisions des Ventes Hermès Maison H/F

Job description Mission Générale Rattaché(e) à la Prévisionniste Métier, vous interviendrez en support sur les reportings d’activité, les exercices de prévisions, les exercices budgétaires, l’animation des stocks et la préparation du Podium. Eléments de contexte STAGE de 6 MOIS. A pourvoir à partir de MARS 2022. Basé à Pantin. Principales activités * ACCOMPAGNER LES EXERCICES DE PRÉVISIONS PLURI ANNUELS SUR NOS DIFFÉRENTS MÉTIERS (PIC, PERMANENTS STOCKÉS, PRÉVISIONS MENSUELLES TABLE) : * Préparation et mise à jour des données via le logiciel de prévision groupe * Collecte, consolidation et saisie des prévisions * RÉALISER LES DIFFÉRENTS REPORTINGS PERMETTANT D’ANALYSER L’ACTIVITÉ * PRÉPARER LES OUTILS ET REPORTINGS LIÉS À NOTRE SESSION D'ACHATS : * Fiabilisation du référentiel * Créations des différents outils marchés et métier (écran de budget, matrice achat, suivi sell in) * Préparation et diffusion du reporting quotidien sur les achats * Assistance aux équipes de ventes durant les sessions d’achats * Organisation et synthèse des retours qualitatifs des marchés sur la session d'achats * Préparation de la synthèse des achats * PARTICIPER À L’ANIMATION DES STOCKS : * Envoi bi mensuel des stocks et mise à jour * Suivi mensuel des stocks Métier & Retail * Coordonner les opérations de réassort * PRODUIRE DES ANALYSES ADHOC Profil du candidat Profil école de commerce ou ingénieur Un premier stage en Contrôle de Gestion/Business Analyst/Prévisions est souhaité Français et Anglais courants Excellente maîtrise d'Excel Compétences recherchées : * Rigueur et fiabilité * Goût de l’analyse et des chiffres * Esprit de synthèse et de consolidation * Excellent relationnel, esprit d’équipe * Flexibilité et adaptabilité * Organisation * Curiosité * Sensibilité retail et fibre commerciale About the Hermès Group A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs more than 17,000 people worldwide.
