Stage BAC +5 Simulation système hydraulique (H/F)

France POSITION DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTIF DE POSTE : Dans le cadre d’une démarche d’amélioration continue du processus de validation des systèmes électrohydrauliques. Volvo CE Belley est à la recherche d’un(e) étudiant(e) pour améliorer les performances énergétiques des pelles compact 1 à 6 tonnes. Sous la responsabilité de l’ingénieur VPD (Virtual Prototype Development), le (la) candidat(e) sera amené(e) à modéliser, via la simulation système, l’architecture hydraulique afin de corréler les comportements hydrauliques avec les essais physiques, puis évaluer et améliorer les performances énergétiques des machines. MISSIONS : * Modéliser les comportements hydrauliques observés lors des essais (instabilités hydrauliques, etc.) * Analyser, quantifier et modéliser les problématiques et les solutions d’optimisation énergétique (cartographies de consommation, pertes de charges, etc.) * Evaluer la pertinence des process actuels * Enrichir la base de donnée composants * Participer à l’amélioration continue des process de validation COMPÉTENCES : * Intérêt pour la simulation système * Connaissance des architectures systèmes hydrauliques * Motivé(e) et curieux(se) * Capacité de proposition * PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Formation de niveau BAC +5 ou école d'ingénieur en génie mécanique / mécatroniques ABOUT US The Volvo Group drives prosperity through transport solutions, offering trucks, buses, construction equipment, power solutions for marine and industrial applications, financing and services that increase our customers’ uptime and productivity.
