IM Mergers & Acquisitions Programme Manager (m/f)

A vacancy for a IM Mergers & Acquisitions Programme Manager has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. DMTM is the team in charge of Information Management activities for the Mergers & Acquisitions deals launched by Airbus Strategy, Business Functions or Divisions. We are in charge of leading the IS/IT workstreams for all M&A projects thus coordinating all the IM stakeholders (IM for finance, HR, Operations, ...) to ensure the success of the M&A deals. Some examples of projects we are/were involved in: Airbus Atlantic, Airbus Canada, Navblue, ... You will be responsible for the planning, definition of IM activities in the frame of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Affiliate & Partner Transformations. Your main tasks & accountabilities will be: As an IT/IM M&A Project Manager you will be end-to-end responsible to ensure on-time, on-quality and on-cost delivery of the IM work stream within all required phases of M&A projects: * IT due diligence * Company creation / divestment * Post-merger integration preparation & execution Along with your colleagues, orchestrating and executing all IM related activities at your M&A, Affiliate transformation or company creation projects: * Executing IT Stream during M&A due diligence projects on potential target companies * Managing the IM aspect during M&A post-merger integration: Your benefits working for IM M&A: * Challenging and developing job at the intersection of IM and Business * Working with a broad range of international Airbus and external stakeholders * Being a part of a digital transformation of one of the largest global companies * Supporting one of Airbus key strategic capabilities (M&A) * Working on highly strategic groupwide deals * Opportunities to travel internationally The following competencies are required: * Strong Project Management experience and skills and IT knowledge * Significant M&A experience is definitely a plus You need to have a strong communication and stakeholder management ability and an English negociation level.
