development in new business lines and or new activities related to its
mission. Within the Bid Unit of the International Department, we are
looking for a: Junior bid manager (apprenticeship contract) Under the
responsibility of the Head of the Offers Unit. You will join a team of
a human size whose role of managing calls for tender is crucial in
identifying new development opportunities for SUEZ Consulting. You
will be responsible for supporting the Bid team in replying to calls
for tender in close collaboration with an experienced Bid Manager. The
successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: *
Providing support in preparing responses to expressions of interest
(pre-qualification files) in accordance with the clients'
requirements; * Providing support in preparing the tenders in
accordance with the clients' requirements, both technical and
financial (analysis of expert CVs, planning, budget, etc.); *
Participation in the meetings with the different stakeholders involved
in both processes especially with the partners The future candidate
might be asked to provide a market watch in specific sectors of
activity to the main International Financial Institutions - IFIs (EU,
World Bank, ADB, AfDB, ...); Depending on your appetite and your
abilities, other missions may be entrusted to you. WHO WE ARE LOOKING
FOR * You have a real interest in international projects and offers
from international financial institutions (IFIs: European Union, World
Bank, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, or bilateral
cooperation: AFD, etc.). * You have or are pursuing a degree in
engineering or equivalent (last year or M2) in our main sectors of
activities and are looking for an apprenticeship * You are fluent in
English and French and have very good writing skills. * Good writing
skills are demanded. * High rigor, a concern for the quality of the
deliverables and good organizational skills are essentials for the
position; * A good knowledge of Word and Excel is required. * Able to
conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines; * Able to react
to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently; * You
