The Business Analyst supports the creation of new and meaningful reporting for Finance and Sales Performance Subjects. The maintenance and evolution of existing reporting solutions shall deliver incremental value. The BI Product owner team is acting as an internal Service provider for Corporate or local reporting needs. As a member of the Agile Team, you'll also be responsible for defining user stories and support prioritizing initiatives. Reporting is a highly visible and transversal domain that spans across different organizations. The BI Product Owner team is interacting with various departments withing the group depending on the different needs. Organization GEODIS PO Team oversees building new & meaningful reporting to Controlling, Sales and Sales Performance Managers PO Team works closely with: * Corporate or Local Sales and Sales performance Managers * Corporate Controlling Team, incl Sales Controlling * Local Finance Teams * MAB Team (= in charge of Digital Finance transformation) * Master Data Team and Customer Data Project Manager * Business intelligence Team * Business intelligence Support Team The Business analyst reports to the Product owner of the Bi Solution for Finance &Sales Performance Reporting. Missions and responsibilities: The Business analyst is a closed business partner for different Internal Clients as Finance and Sales teams * Support the “product” from a “what” and “why” perspective for the reporting products. Your curiosity allows you to quickly understand the business need and to transcribe this in understandable specification for proper IT development. * You anticipate future business needs and contribute to definition of a relevant and efficient Roadmap * Support delivering incremental value every sprint * Proactively recommend design best practices and technical solutions delivering high business value * Work with agile team to provide expertise in answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and mitigating any issues * Feed the Sprint Management tool with clear explanation to support efficient development of new feature * You follow the IT development and participate in UAT * Monitor, analyze, and test items related to new releases * Support deployment and training * Support incident management PROFIL DU CANDIDAT Education and skills * High education degree (Business School or University) * Experience (3-7 years): Acting as a real business partner supporting reporting solution creation for different internal clients * Fluent in English * Business oriented * Project Management: Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries. * Knowledge to mix different data sources MDM, CRM, BI etc to create meaningful connectivities * Lean & Agile practices * Used to handle massive data for proper testing * Experience in the implementation of Business Intelligence Reporting (for example SAP BI, Power BI…) * Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly Soft Skills * Continuous improvement mindset * Rigor * High Flexibility * Respect of deadlines * Team Worker * Conscientious * Curious and open for new point of views = Out of the Box Thinker TEMPS DE TRAVAIL EN % 100 LIEU DE PRISE DE SERVICE LIEU DE PRISE DE SERVICE Europe, France, Île-de-France, Hauts-de-Seine VILLE(S) LEVALLOIS PERRET CRITÈRES CANDIDAT NIVEAU D'ÉTUDES MIN.
