Description
Job Description: The job holder will join the newly created Group
Controlling organization and especially the Group Financial Analysis
and Valuation team. In that role the candidate will report to the Head
of Group Financial Analysis & Valuation. Your Main Tasks and
Responsibilities * Prepare and deliver target setting (derived from
OP) and achievement assessment of performance indicators for Variable
Remuneration (Variable Pay, Long-Term Incentive Plan and Success
Sharing) for Divisions and Group together, including preparation of
presentations to the top management and Board of Directors incl. its
Remuneration, Nomination and Governance Committee. * Deliver quarterly
booking instructions to the accounting community and perform
supporting analysis incl. Planning Assumptions related to collective
schemes (Collective Variable Pay, Success Sharing, LTIP and ESOP) for
various internal customers (mainly reporting, planning and HR Rewards)
* Deliver Collective Remuneration related chapters for the Annual
Report (CEO, Executive Committee and total remuneration) and Financial
Statements, in collaboration with HR Rewards. * Define and implement
hedging strategy on LTIP in close collaboration with Treasury * Be the
main focal point within the finance community and HR Rewards for
financial activities. * Participate, provide financial simulation and
advice in the “New Reward Landscape” project to reshape the
company's remuneration landscape, sponsored by CHRO and CFO and in
close collaboration with the Next Chapter team. This will also involve
strong support to HR to negotiate the new landscape with the Unions. *
Look beyond pure financial impacts and actively shape the
communication of targets and performance to employees to drive
motivation of our employees. * The position offers great exposure with
the possibility to discuss and present to CFO and possibly CHRO and
participate in discussions with Group and Division CFOs on targets and
performance assessment. This job requires an awareness of any
potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as
the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable
growth. Your Skills and Experience * 5-year degree in finance and/or
economics, alternatively an engineering degree + MBA; * min 5 years of
experience as an financial auditor / Finance Planning and Analysis
role / Controllership role * Strong analytical skills and experience
in financial modelling * Ability to prepare powerful and synthetic
reports for Top management * Recognized team player able to build a
network, particularly with Divisions. * Autonomy to meet tight project
deadlines * Negotiation level of English is required; fluency in
French, or German is a plus * « Clear Thinking » be able in a
complex situation to quickly identify the roots cause and develop a
simple & understandable communication around them and propose concrete
