Community Manager Freelance (H/F/X)

POSITION DUTIES As the game Community Manager, you will handle creation and management of social media platforms through the whole communication campaign. You will work on a game yet to be announced from the portfolio of Dear Villagers, Plug In Digital's publishing branch. As such, you will work closely with both the Dear Villagers marketing team (especially our Social Media Manager) and the studio. * Manage, boost and produce editorial and visual content for all social networks in accordance with the editorial charter (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Steam Community Hub etc...) * Collaborate with our Creative Team as well as the entire marketing team (PR, Community Development, Product Managers etc.) * Monitor discussions and comments on all networks * Develop creative communication campaigns and participate in the virality of our ads * Monitor and analyse traffic, produce reporting * Close monitoring of social media trends and benchmark of competition * Take care of customer support on social medias CANDIDATE PROFILE Expert in Social Media Skills * Fluent in English * Knowledge of the video game industry, digital marketing Tools * Use of office tools : office software type Excel / Word / PowerPoint ..., Trello * Some knowledge of design softwares (Photoshop / Premiere) would be a plus * Knowledge of specific tools for Social Media : Planning, Social Shaker type marketing campaign etc. Personal skills * Rigor and involvement * Creativity * Strong capacity of adaptation and learning on the various social networks and not only the most traditional ones * Dynamic & pro-active ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Mission : 9 months (tasks may vary from month to month)
