Description
Within the Marketing Department, your mission will be to develop or
coordinate the production of CRM or Social Media content and to
animate communities in line with the company's strategy and marketing
objectives. YOUR MISSIONS? * You will be in charge of highlighting all
the components of our destination (parks, hotels, attractions, food,
merchandise, shows, new products) according to the marketing
priorities on our different CRM & Social Media channels and on all our
priority markets * Collaborate in the development of the CRM strategy
and manage the creation and production of emails addressed to our
customers and prospects in our database (marketing campaigns or emails
related to the life cycle) * Analyze, present and interpret CRM
campaign performance in relation to the teams involved (monitoring key
indicators and results). * Perform CRM Benchmark and develop new
content ideas. * Participate in the development and creation of
content for the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Tik
Tok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest with internal partners and in
compliance with procedures. * Animate the different communities
according to the identified topics (respond to comments, start
conversations) * Embody certain productions, when necessary, by
offering a voice over or appearing on the video/photos to help make
the experience more real (holding things, wearing products, appearing
on screen in the park...) KEYS TO YOUR SUCCESS? * Bachelor’s degree
in university or business school (communication, journalism or
languages field) * 2 years’ experience in an equivalent position in
a company (any contract including apprenticeship/internship) *
Successful experience in managing cross-functional projects (writing
briefs, monitoring schedules and budgets, managing agencies,
coordinating production teams, analyzing results) * Curiosity,
creativity and know-how in terms of content production * Fluent
English and French required (B2/C1) * Good knowledge of the CRM
environment in a large company * Knowledge of a CRM production tool
would be a plus (Mailjet, Dartagnan) * Autonomous, rigorous and a
strong proposition force, you have a customer-oriented marketing
approach. You are familiar with sales pitches (offers, booking
conditions, availability). * You have very good interpersonal skills
and excellent writing skills. * Knowledge of the Disney brand and the
Disneyland Paris experience (park experience, season, hotel,
restaurants, stores) is a plus. ‘DISNEYLAND PARIS IS COMMITTED TO

PHYSICAL INTERACTION ARE PERMITTED TO WORK REMOTELY, WITH A MINIMUM
PRESENCE REQUIREMENT OF FIVE DAYS PER MONTH ON SITE’.
