Description
POSTE As Training Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring that
the Consumer Engagement platform & tools are being utilized to full
potential, providing maximum value to the Consumer Engagement
community. In short; you will be responsible for driving Consumer
Engagement adoption within MH and improving maturity level of MH
Entities. You will develop & lead training strategies, propose
initiatives, and implement solutions to ensure that learning needs are
met/ exceeded. Your primary activity will be creating and implementing
training plans, training design and development, delivery of training
and evaluation of CRM training programs, that maximize community
adoption and minimize resistance. This role requires ongoing
engagement with Moët Hennessy Central Consumer Engagement Team and
Community, partners and providers. TRAINING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT *
Create and own the training programs tailored to users’ profiles and
maturity levels of MH entities (consider translation by third party if
necessary). * Develop and design individualized and group training
initiatives including but not limited to documentation, testing and
coordination. Ensure a wide range of available training streams
including one-to-one, one-to-many and off-the-shelf (manuals, videos
etc.) * Work with subject matter experts to collect and collate
information that will be designed and developed into learning modules
* Animate training programs that address specific business needs,
source, and manage training partners. * Survey training participants
to evaluate and determine the effectiveness of each training
method/program and adapt the training accordingly. Ensure that any
feedback captured from training is fed back into the Consumer
Engagement team * Prioritize and document new training needs and
requests as they arise. TRAINING REPOSITORY MANAGEMENT * Create and
maintain all training documents (user guides, playbooks, video
tutorials, etc.) related to the Consumer Engagement platform *
Continuously manage the repository of CRM documents on the Consumer
Engagement portal. ADOPTION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT * Work with the
Consumer Engagement Community and the Central team to support CRM
vision, strategy, and process development in Markets & Maisons.
Supporting the Community with best practices, webinars animation, etc.
* Become an expert in all areas of the CRM platform (to support train
the trainer), including Marketing Automation, Consumer Care, Loyalty
Program, etc. This will require an in-depth understanding of each
profile need as it relates to the CRM platform. * Maintain current
understanding of training related fields through participation in
relevant conferences, seminars, etc. * Be an active member of the
Training Community at Moet Hennessy and LVMH PROFIL About you * 5-7
years of relevant work experience in learning and development, e.g.
Learning Strategies, e-Learning, Learning Needs Analysis * Have a
passion for creating great experiences for your internal customers
whether digital or physical * Experience in developing training
material for CRM & Relationship Marketing, Digital Wines & Spirits
ideally * Good Communication skills: strong presentation/
communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) * Relevant
knowledge of learning and development methodologies such as e.g ADDIE,
5 moments of need, etc. * Previous training experience with CRM
software (Salesforce) preferred * Strong drive, project management
skills, action-oriented mindset (thinker & doer) * Ability to work
effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and
deadlines * Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated * Ability
to work in an autonomous environment as well as in a team environment
* Experience in international environment working with a variety of
cultures and countries. Languages: · Fluent in English, both written
and verbally. French and other languages advantageous. Further
