Meta is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Corporate AGC Leader
that is excited by taking on and leading complex Corporate Governance
and Secretarial projects, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can
seamlessly drive success working with multiple cross-functional,
global stakeholders to accomplish bold things.You will lead Meta’s
rapidly scaling, global affiliate team of corporate legal
professionals based in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.You'll be someone who
thrives in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment where you’re
able to partner with multiple stakeholders to understand different
perspectives and provide discussion frameworks to enable trade-offs
and decisions, where excellent legal and business judgment is key.You
will lead the Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial function
across some of our most high impact affiliates with a significant
product presence and/or scaling operational footprint.We are looking
for a leader with inclusive leadership values, diverse team building
capabilities and track record of growing high performing teams. You
will be passionate about building the right infrastructure and
operational capability to run this complex area.You will also craft
and deliver a strategy for the affiliate paralegal team, in order to
deliver thought leadership at the highest level to our affiliate
boards in a proactive, future facing manner.As a Leader responsible
for supporting Meta’s affiliate companies with respect to a broad
range of legal, governance, compliance and administrative matters
across the U.S., LATAM, EMEA and APAC, you will have a proven track
record managing a similar function at a large multinational
corporation with demonstrated expertise in corporate governance
matters including affiliate board management and secretarial duties,
maintenance of corporate records, global statutory financial
compliance, corporate policy implementation, and supporting complex
transactions.This is a full-time position that can be based in our
Dublin, London, Paris, Amsterdam or Brussels offices.People from all

perspectives and tackle bias. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee corporate
secretarial duties for Facebook’s primary international corporate
hubs, including confidently advising local boards of directors and
implementing governance best practices * Lead and scale a growing team
of expert legal professionals who support Facebook’s global
corporate affiliate affairs * Partner closely with finance and
accounting leaders to ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional
statutory requirements * Manage relationships with key external
lawyers and service providers * Develop and scale technological
solutions, including internal and third-party tooling, to enable an
efficient and highly responsive client service function MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: * Qualified to practice law in at least one European
jurisdiction * Minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification
legal experience including at a law firm or prior in-house experience
* Experience managing an affiliate corporate secretarial function,
including advising on corporate governance matters, and partnering
with finance and accounting professionals to manage a global statutory
compliance function * Outstanding business judgment and client
counselling experience * Experience in scaling and managing global
legal teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Qualified to practice law in
at least one European jurisdiction * Minimum of 12 years of relevant
post-qualification legal experience including at a law firm or prior
in-house experience * Experience managing an affiliate corporate
secretarial function, including advising on corporate governance
matters, and partnering with finance and accounting professionals to
manage a global statutory compliance function * Outstanding business
judgment and client counselling experience * Experience in scaling and
