We are looking for an EMAIL DELIVERABILITY EXPERT to join the MEMBER LIFECYCLE TRIBE (within the Distribution Channels domain) at VPTECH, which is distributed between Paris, Barcelona and Brussels. Your mission will be to support the whole team in improving our email deliverability. RESPONSABILITIES : * Investigate and troubleshoot EMAIL DELIVERY PROBLEMS by communicating with INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP) abuse desks, email block-list, and anti-spam technology providers in a professional manner * MONITOR KPIS ; propose and lead action plan to IMPROVE GLOBAL DELIVERABILITY RATE * Monitor the HIGHER LOGIC INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) and DOMAIN NAME (DNS) space against known block-lists * Define and maintain EMAIL QUARANTINE STRATEGY * FOLLOW AND MAINTAIN IP / DOMAIN ATTRIBUTION & DNS RECORD * TROUBLESHOOT fundamental Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) and DNS services within a LIVE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT * GENERATE AND REVIEW REPORTING related to DELIVERABILITY-FOCUSED METRICS such as bounce rates, open rates, bounce details etc. * TAKE IN CHARGE EMAIL SIGNATURES ; Sender Policy Framework (SPF), Domain Keys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) * PROPOSE AND FOLLOW EMAIL TEMPLATE STRUCTURE CHANGE in order to improve the deliverability. YOUR PROFILE : * 5 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE * Proven verbal and written cOMMUNICATION SKILLS * COMFORTABLE SPEAKING WITH CLIENTS AND ISP REPRESENTATIVES * Understanding of EMAIL INDUSTRY LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PRIVACY ISSUES * Up to date in DELIVERABILITY BEST PRACTICES * AUTONOMOUS * Experienced with ADOBE CAMPAIGN ON PREMISE ENVIRONMENT IS A REAL PLUS * Used to working in a DISTRIBUTED ENVIRONMENT * YOU LOVE HELPING PEOPLE, SOLVING ISSUES AND GAINING ENERGY IN DOING SO * You are not afraid to work the EXTRA MILE TO SOLVE A PRODUCTION ISSUE when it pops up * You like to work in an environment where you are given a lot of RESPONSIBILITY.
