Job Description: Airbus Corporate Audit covers the full span of processes (design, procure, make, deliver, sell, support) and supporting functions (programmes, human resources, finance, information and communication technology, etc.), providing an independent, objective assurance activity designed to add value and improve organisations operations and compliance with laws and regulations of the organisation through a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness. The Corporate Audit scope is Airbus worldwide (divisions, subsidiaries and related companies in all locations). A position for an "Internal Finance Auditor (m/f)" has just opened at Airbus in Toulouse. As the successful candidate, you will be joining the "Governance & Finance Audit” Department and will be contributing to the Airbus Group wide scope of Corporate Audit & Forensic (all Divisions, subsidiaries and related companies). You will be part of an international, diverse and dynamic team of auditors available to perform audits as required and acting under the supervision of the Head of Finance and Governance Audit. We are looking for a committed and passionate individual to join our audit team who has a background in audit and finance and is up for a new challenge in Airbus in supporting the Airbus audit team. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following main activities: For audits assigned to you: * Participating in the agreement of the audit objectives with the management * Delivering structured, objective assessments (in English) that will guide senior and executive management action * Identify key business risks in accordance with Airbus audit processes. You will provide professional support to management for the resolution of business problems by identifying recommendations that are practical and accepted by the business. You will more particularly contribute to Governance, Commercial and Finance audits covering Airbus activities worldwide, including but not limited to: * Assessment of the reliability of governance, commercial and financial processes * Reviews of Internal Control, Risk Management, Export Controls, Business Ethics * Performance assessment of Post-Merger Integration, Competitiveness and Improvement Projects * Specific audits of subsidiaries and participations * Aeronautic, Defence and Space Programme Management, Supply Chain management. * Projects and initiatives supporting Airbus’ sustainability vision and commitments Required skills: Education * You should be educated to a master degree level in accounting and finance. * You should be knowledgeable in IFRS and statutory accounting standards * A negotiation level in English is required, including (with the ability to write audit reports in English). * A third language (French or German) in addition to your mother tongue and English is an advantage. Experience: * You should have gained at least 5 years of business experience in Statutory Audit Firms in a variety of demanding audit missions for international and industrial companies * Prior international experience would be an advantage. * You should demonstrate a very good command of financial matters such as but not limited to: * Analytical reviews on Balance sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements * Applicable IFRS standards * Internal controls of assets, stocks, receivables, payables… You must demonstrate: * Significant personal initiative and tenacity both when working alone and as team member * Communication skills, an open mind and aspiration to the highest levels of integrity and professionalism as required by the Airbus Code of Conduct The position also requires Travels and visits to remote Company sites for about 40% of the assigned working hours.
