For our data centers in the Paris area (“CDG Cluster”) we are looking for a Security Program Manager (SPM). Key job responsibilities The SPM is in charge of the designing and supervising the installation, commissioning and maintenance of our Data Centers security systems. The SPM has both technical and project management skills, works in autonomy and reports directly to the Cluster Security Manager, who heads the CDG Data Center Security Team. They should have experience in prioritizing tasks effectively and working seamlessly across organizational boundaries. * Provides technical leadership for medium and large-scale security engineering projects. * Coordinates security system design specifications and change management between internal teams and external vendors. * Ensures compliance to AWS physical security project standards, scope of works, budgets and timelines. * Designs, develops, and implements solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs. * Supports security system equipment commissioning. * Completes the final Test and Acceptance of security systems. * Builds and deploys training programs for all users of the physical security systems. * Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam * Experience in Data Center Physical Security Systems. * CPP, PSP or CISSP Certification. * Knowledge in Design of Security Systems. SOFT SKILLS * Strong communication skills. * Project management skills * Used to liaise with Senior Leadership. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to company tools for data gathering and analysis. * Metrics oriented. * Ability to handle pressure and act quickly in time of crisis. * Ability to handle confidential information with care. * Ability to integrate into an international work environment with a willingness to travel on company business.
