YOUR ROLE * Plans, monitors, forecasts and reports cost and performance KPIs for plant, network, management * Assesses decision options with appropriate KPIs and challenges management proposals (e.g. business/action plans or investments) * Identifies cost reduction potentials and initiates respective actions * Supports plant management and production team (SHE, quality and maintenance, etc.) as well as cooperates with other related stakeholders (business, sales, supply planning, finance) * Works together with regional team and other plant controllers, proactively shares, and implements best practices * Performs ad-hoc analyses and reporting activities for plant, regional and global projects according to needs * Ensures consistent application of procedures and aligns with Corporate Standards _[FRANCAIS] _ _VOTRE RÔLE_ * _Planifie, manage, prévoit et rend compte des KPI de coût et de performance pour l'usine, le réseau et la direction. _ * _Évalue les différentes options de décision avec les KPI appropriés et challenge les propositions de la direction (par exemple, les plans d'action ou les investissements). _ * _Identifie les possibilités de réduction des coûts et lance les actions correspondantes. _ * _Soutient la direction de l'usine et l'équipe de production (SHE, qualité et maintenance, etc.) et coopère avec d'autres parties prenantes (entreprises, ventes, planification de l'approvisionnement, finances). _ * _Travaille avec l'équipe régionale et d'autres contrôleurs d'usine, partage de manière proactive et met en œuvre les meilleures pratiques. _ * _Effectue des analyses ad hoc et des activités de reporting pour l'usine, les projets régionaux et mondiaux selon les besoins. _ * _Veille à l'application Corporate Standards du Groupe Henkel_ YOUR SKILLS * University degree, preferably with major in controlling/finance, accounting or similar subject * 1 - 3 years of relevant professional experience is advantage, willingness to further grow is a must * Analytical, communication & presentation skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset * Fluent in English and French * Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct 'Can-Do'-attitude _[FRANCAIS]_ _VOTRE PROFIL_ * _Diplôme universitaire, de préférence avec une spécialisation en contrôle de gestion/finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine similaire. _ * _1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle, avec la volonté de se perfectionner. _ * _Compétences en matière d'analyse, de communication et de présentation, souci du détail et orientaté(e) solution _ * _Anglais et français courant _ * _Personne très motivée, orientée vers le travail d’équipe et dotée d'une attitude résolument tournée vers l'action._ Contract/_Contrat_ : permanent/_CDI_ Status/_Statut_ : Cadre Location/_Lieu_ : Villefranche sur Saône (hybrid : WFH possible partially/_télétravail : possible partiellement_) Starting date/_date de début_ : as soon as possible/_dès que possible_ JOB ID: 22029650 CONTRACT & JOB TYPE: Full Time, Regular CONTACT INFORMATION FOR APPLICATION-RELATED QUESTIONS: recrutement@henkel.com Please do not use this email address for sending your application or CV.
