Amazon is looking for a pro-active, results oriented Leader to join the exciting Amazon Vendor Service EU team in Madrid, Milan, Paris, Luxembourg, London or Munich. You will drive the strategy of the EU AVS program, and ensure its smooth implementation across both on and offshore teams. You will be accountable to improve the impact of AVS on EU Amazon retail business improve Vendors and retail teams satisfaction with the service; partnering with AVS Operationnal leader, tech and business teams, you will innovate the service and revisit our operating model to increase impact of the Service. You will amongst other oversee the performance of AVS on main business input metrics (Selection, IDQ, Promotional activite, profitability, availability and supply chain excellence), identifying opportunities to improve business performance, minimizing HC required to deliver. This role is International in scope (EU8) and will own and support central programmes to drive improvements in key controllable inputs. Understanding of retail main drivers, effective interaction with technology teams, delivery of complex plans, identification of project gaps and the coordination of complex stakeholder configurations will be key to succeed. Innovation will be required to scale to ensure long-term success. Successful candidates will be strong leaders who can efficiently deliver results through the teams, prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. Having a solid foundation and programmatic mindset to drive complex project is fundamental. You must have the experience and capability to create and present documentation for senior executives and align your roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. Eu AVS currently supports 2k+ Vendors across EU, representing 75% of the total EU business and aims at accelerating the Vendor's growth, and improving its experience working with Amazon. Due to its size and impact (1.5k HC onshore, 1.2k offshore), AVS is a key stakheolder for EU retail to achieve its business objectives and is involved in most strategic initiatives (most recently ESG).
