Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en FORMATION INITIALE, vous recherchez un STAGE OBLIGATOIRE ou intégré dans une année de CÉSURE, d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, VOUS PERMETTANT DE VALIDER VOTRE ANNÉE. Une offre de stage intitulée STAGE EN ACHAT DES ASSEMBLAGES ELECTRIQUES (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur son site de TOULOUSE. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 9 personnes au sein du département ELECTRIC PROCUREMENT en charge de l’achat des harnais et des meubles électriques pour l’ensemble des programmes avions Airbus. Votre stage consistera à proposer des améliorations sur divers processus et/ou outils spécifiques du métier achat dans le secteur concerné. Ce stage commencera en JANVIER 2022 (date sujette à flexibilité) et sera d’une durée de 6 mois. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes : * Simplifier certains processus et outils en place dans la gestion des prix des contrats. * Aider à l’implémentation d’un nouvel outil de détermination des prix des contrats pour son utilisation par les acheteurs. * Supporter les acheteurs dans leurs activités opérationnelles via des analyses de cotations, négociations et passage de commandes. Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : * Maitrise de l’analyse de données. * Connaissance en Achat et en Négociation. * Maitrise de la gestion de projets. COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine Commercial ou une discipline apparentée Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : * Intéret pour la digitalisation. * Connaissance du monde de l’aéronautique. * Gestion de projet. * Gestion des contrats. * Langage Gsuite,et en particulier Sheet et Slide. * SAP. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will contribute to the following main activities: * Help implement a new tool for determining contract prices for use by buyers * Contribute to the structuring of the commodity, create and / or improve reporting / visual management, build a presentation of electrical commodity for internal and external communication * Support buyers in their operational activities via quotation analyzes, negotiations and placing of orders. This course will allow you to develop the following skills: * Project management skills. * Data Analytic skills. * Purchasing negotiation. Business trips are to be expected and you must be prepared to travel accordingly. SKILLS & PREREQUISITES: You are preparing a diploma level BAC+5 in the commercial field (or equivalent), and you obtain following competences: * Contract management. * Interest in digitization. * Interest in the world or aeronautics. * SAP. * Gsuit tools, and in particular “Sheet” & “ Slide”.
