Description du poste As a member of the Direct To Consumer Department, the Retail Operations team monitors and supports Salomon's Brand Stores & Factory Outlets to optimize business performance and deliver the best customer experience through the implementation of new projects and developments. Within this team, our future Assistant Global Retail Operations Coordinator will be responsible for : * REPORTING: o Weekly monitoring and analysis of the performance of various outlets. Participation in weekly meetings with the Area Managers. o Creation of action plans to optimize store performance. o Monitoring and analysis of data collection and Net Promoter Score. o Monitoring and analysis of competition. * COMMUNICATION : o Creation, elaboration and communication of commercial tools for the sales teams. o Weekly sending of the To do List to the stores. * OPERATIONS : o Coordination of the commercial calendar for all retail sales channels. o Daily support of the sales outlets. * PROJECTS : o Organization, preparation of the D2C Summit with the different stakeholders. o Support the digitalization of the stores and the implementation of new services. o Participation in the reflection on new retail projects. In parallel, the intern will also participate in projects entrusted by the company's management (event organization). AU SEIN DE CETTE ÉQUIPE, NOTRE FUTUR(E) ASSISTANT GLOBAL RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR H/F AURA POUR MISSIONS DE :_ * _REPORTING__ : _ _o Suivi hebdomadaire et analyse des performances de différents points de vente. Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires avec les Responsables de zone._ _ o Création de plans d’action afin d’optimiser les performances magasins._ _ o Suivi et analyse de la collecte de données et du Net Promotor Score._ _ o Suivi et analyse de la concurrence._ * _COMMUNICATION__ :_ _ o Création, élaboration et communication des outils commerciaux à l’attention des équipes de vente._ _ o Envoi hebdomadaire de la To do List aux magasins._ * _OPERATIONS__ __:_ _ o Coordination du calendrier commercial pour tous les canaux de vente Retail._ _ o Support quotidien des points de vente._ * _PROJECTS__ :_ _ o Organisation, préparation du D2C Summit avec les différents intervenants._ _ o Soutenir la digitalisation des magasins et la mise en place de nouveaux services._ _ o Participation à la réflexion sur de nouveaux projets Retail._ _ En parallèle, le/la stagiaire participera également aux projets confiés par la direction de l'entreprise (organisation évènementielle)._ _ Il/Elle sera rattachée directement au Global Retail Operations Specialist._ Qualifications * EDUCATION: Bac+4/5, business school or university with a specialization in marketing or e-commerce (or international trade?) * SPECIFIC SKILLS: o You are autonomous, rigorous, curious and like working in a team. o You have a sensitivity for outdoor, sports and retail. * FOREIGN LANGUAGE(S): Fluent English required * COMPUTER SKILLS: Computer tools: Pack office (good command of Excel and Powerpoint) * A FIRST EXPERIENCE in a store would be a real plus _____________________________________________________ * _ ENSEIGNEMENT : __De formation Bac+4/5, de type Ecole de commerce ou universitaire avec une spécialisation en marketing ou e-commerce (ou commerce international ?)_ * _ COMPÉTENCES SPÉCIFIQUES :_ _ o Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, curieux et aimez travailler en équipe._ _ o Vous avez une sensibilité pour l’outdoor, le sport et le retail._ * _ LANGUE(S) ÉTRANGÈRE(S) : __Anglais courant obligatoire_ * _ COMPÉTENCES INFORMATIQUES : __Outils informatiques : Pack office (bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Powerpoint)_ * _ UNE PREMIÈRE EXPÉRIENCE __en magasin serait un vrai plus_ Informations supplémentaires 6 months starting asap Internship based in Annecy (74, France) Full time __________________________________________________________________________ _ Stage temps plein, basé à Annecy (74), FRANCE_ _Convention de stage obligatoire_ _Début souhaité : Dès que possible_ _Durée : 6 mois_
