Internship Engineer Supply Chain

The Procter&Gamble Blois plant, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production plant for hair care products. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Old Spice. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Our production site relies on a total logistics chain from the reception of raw materials to the shipment of our finished products. The department is composed in different areas: reception area, a shipping area and two storage warehouses. YOUR MISSIONS: Set up a system for monitoring, consolidating and analyzing shipping machine stoppages, in particular strapping machines, wrapping machines and turntables: * Analysis of delays in the logistics chain * Set up a system for monitoring and consolidating shutdowns * Simplify the analysis of losses in the "shipping" area * Co-set up a loss analysis report on the "shipping" area * Share the logistical impacts on the packaging lines Implement logistics flow communications solutions (objectives, losses, action plan, training, reports, etc.) to the various contacts: * Set up a monitoring of maintenance costs on the SAP software in collaboration with the maintenance planning manager. * Ensure the proper application of P&G standards * Propose actions to simplify reports and support the digitization of our supply chain in the field * Support the technical teams and updating our loss elimination tools.
