OVERVIEW OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN FUNCTION
Our ambition in supply chain is to provide a sustainable competitive
advantage for supporting the Group strategy through Excellence in
Supply Chain activities and to be the trusted partner of Sales and
proactively contribute to make Roquette the preferred supplier of our
clients. Our missions are :
Implement a Sourcing and Procurement strategy to grant best access to
market solutions and lower cost of ownership with an ethic and
business minded approach
Roll out a robust and cost efficient integrated Planning process
allowing to maximize the VM and customers service (OTIF) with a
constrained capacity footprint
Upgrade Logistics & Transportation activities to a World Class level
and build a real and tangible Logistic competitive advantage (cost
effectiveness without compromising the service level with a special
attention paid to the demanding Pharma and Food customers)
Build a culture of Excellence on boarding all Supply Chain fields and
all Regions in a deeply changing group : ambitious growth outlook, new
organization and new people, GBUs in the driver seat.
POSITION
We are looking for our next SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE MANAGER (M/F) for
all Roquette’s logistics facilities in France.
You will be responsible for setting the Supply Chain (SC) plant
performance plan and to ensure its implementation to achieve the
desired results. You will lead the excellence initiatives to create a
continuous improvement and High-Performance Working culture that
challenges the status quo and the behaviors of all operations
employees aiming at customer satisfaction, zero losses and 100%
employee engagement.
The main missions of the position are:
* You lead the definition, implementation and updating of the
logistics plant's performance plan
* You identify improvements, qualifications and facilitate the
continuous improvement.
* You support Operations in problem solving, action plan
identification & follow up.
* You pilot and deploy group standards in terms of tools,
methodologies, animation, challenge and performance improvement.
* As a manager, you will follow people training program, identify &
promote versatility (which aim for business continuity), coach &
challenge the management team in the implementation of this plan and
training in the use performance tools and methods, motivate and build
teams through a positive attitude to stimulate changes.
* You promote and support idea sharing, knowledge, standards and
improvements.
* You audit the progress of implementation of the Performance
Program.
* You ensure that the performance management has an impact on the
results and the culture of change around a common vision of zero
defects.
* You apply all the HSE rules as well as QA and food safety rules.
* You communicate the activities and results to site management.
BUSINESS TRIPS : up to 20% Travel to other plants in Europe (outside
Europe may also be a possibility).
THE POSITION IS BASED IN LESTREM (Hauts-de-France region in France)
PROFILE
You have a MS or MBA or Engineer degree.
You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience acquired mainly in
process, food or pharma industries (on Multi-site and international
experiences will be a plus).
You have experience deploying continuous improvement as well as
Statistical Process Control knowledge
Leadership with positive impact both at European and local steering
committee and at shop floor level.
Capacity to be oriented on short term performances and simultaneously
to have the ability for building a positive mid-term vision with the
associated action plans.
You have already interacted in a multicultural and matrix context
where your communication skills (influence and convince) have been
used to motivation, empower and challenge project performances with a
variety of stakeholders.
Fluent in English and French (written & oral) are mandatory to succeed
in this position.
