Treasury Liquidity Specialist

Job Description: A vacancy for Liquidity Specialist has arisen within the Treasury Department The role of Liquidity specialist is to centralize the cash of the group and manage the cash position of the Group in relation to our internal customer. It is expected from the chosen candidate to act as well as a backup for the Settlement team. The tasks include but are not limited to: * Manage the group Liquidity by * Ensure that all the bank statements are complete within the Treasury System and reconcile the flows with the D-1 Forecasts * Liaise with the subsidiaries and ensuring their forecasts are correct and complete * Manage the cash-position in all the currencies in a close relation with the Front Office * Be the point of contact for all the subsidiaries on cash management topics * Bring a technical expertise into Cash Pooling implementation projects * Settle all the Financial Transactions: Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Equity * Ensure that in SWIFT and with the third parties : * Each payment is correctly sent and delivered * Each bank confirmation is accurately received and processed * Propose continuous process improvement * Take part to transversal projects Required Skills * Educated to Master Degree in Finance * At least 5 years of relevant experience within a Corporate Treasury * Proven experience on Cash Pooling implementation and management * IT Acumen and appetite highly appreciated * Knowledge of a Treasury Management System is a plus ( Ideally Calypso ) * Proactive/Positive mind-set * Be able to work efficiently under pressure * Good communication skills * Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail * Language Skills: Negotiation level of English is required.
