Job Description Summary: PayPal currently has an opening for an
experienced Recruiter to drive hiring efforts for all campus hiring
into our European offices. As a member of the University Recruiting
team, you will manage hiring efforts across Intern and Full-Time
hiring as well as multiple projects related to our campus hiring
efforts Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with internal
hiring teams in multiple locations across Europe to ensure we are
clearly identifying and supporting client needs • Drive full
lifecycle recruitment process (sourcing, attraction, assessment, offer
process, including offer approvals & negotiations) and onboarding •
Bring the PayPal value proposition to life for our candidates, serve
as a strong ambassador to our brand and deliver an outstanding
candidate experience • Act as a candidate champion through the
recruiting process • Create and manage the Intern and Full-Time
programmatic experience for university hires, partnering with HR teams
in other locations to deliver a best-in-class experience • Maintain
high standards across all recruitment related metrics including time
to fill, source of hire and system-driven accuracy • Participate in
special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned •
Partner with Universities and help drive brand recognition on campuses
• Lead diversity recruiting initiatives in alignment with PayPal’s
commitment to a diverse and inclusive environment • Innovate and
infuse new ideas to continually bring best-in-class approaches to our
internal hiring teams, our candidates and our processes • Manage
relevant databases and systems to ensure accurate and timely data
management

Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruiting or HR programs, university related
recruitment and programmatic experience preferred
* Prior experience managing a high volume of recruiting activities
simultaneously
* Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
* Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members
throughout the hiring process
* Previous experience designing and managing events and programs,
bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to our intern and new grad
experience
* Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership
from start to finish
* Proven track record in researching and recruiting candidates
* Must be extremely diligent, process driven and detail oriented
* Must have a strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and
willingness to reprioritize
* Team-spirited and collaborative approach
* Bachelors’ degree and relevant work experience required
