CONTEXT
The Group Strategic Development Department is accountable for
designing and operationalizing the growth of SYSTRA according to its
Mid Term Plan hand in hand with the Business Units:
* It elaborates the Group strategy, in coordination with the EXCOM,
the Business Units and traverse business lines departments. It leads
strategic analysis and elaborates Mid Term Plan and reviews Strategic
Sales Plans each year.
* It contributes to improve the commercial performance of the Group
by leading business strategy meetings and “commercial development
process”.
* The Strategic Development Dpt leads the marketing strategy of the
Group
* The Strategic Development Dpt monitor the CRM tool for the Group
* The Strategic Development Dpt coordinates with the Corporate
Communication department in charge of internal and external
communication of SYSTRA Group.
* The Development Dpt works closely in co-lead with Corporate
Innovation department.
MAIN DUTIES
The DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY SENIOR MANAGER is responsible for
conducting strategic analysis and structuring trends to define the
Group Business Strategy and develop SYSTRA’s best positioning. The
role is reporting to Group Development and Strategy Director and is
based at SYSTRA’s Group headquarter in Paris.
In close collaboration with the team and in coordination with Business
Units,
* Contribute to the Group Business Strategy definition in
coordination with the Executive Committee and collaboration from
Business Units
* Conduct strategic market studies, develop global emerging trends
and recommend new service offerings
* Prepare, coordinate and animate the strategic plans, such as the
Mid Term Plan (MTP), the Strategic Sales Plans (SSP) or the Long Term
Vision project (LTV)
* Proceed to business analysis on targeted acquisition opportunities
in respect of the Group M&A strategy and promote strategic
partnerships for the Group
* Animate the Commercial Committee and support the « commercial
development » processes in conjunction with the concerned departments
* Elaborate presentations and notes to be presented to the Executive
Committee and to Supervisory Board.
* Promote the knowledge of the SYSTRA offering portfolio externally
and increase SYSTRA’s overall visibility
* Promote cross BU collaboration and shared best practices to
increase the pipeline of opportunities and accelerate the knowledge of
theses activities.
DEGREES
Master degree / Engineer en General engineer ou Other Sciences and
technologies
MBA en Marketing/Business
OTHER DEGREES
OTHER TECHNICAL SKILLS
8+ years of experience in the field of Strategy and Business
Development, within consulting agencies, engineering or Industrial
firms.
Robust deal of familiarity with markets analysis and advisory.
_A very good level of us of IT tools, especially excel_
_Fluent in English_
