6 month Internship Global Brand Partnerships

ROLE: Intern, Global Brand Partnerships LOCATION: Paris, France DEPARTMENT: SMDL – Partnerships & Marketing RESPONSIBILITIES: * _Assisting the Global Partnerships team in the management of key brand partnership programs, marketing activations and brand-building campaigns _ * _Supporting the team with concept generation, identifying industry trends and best practices in the marketplace_ * _Providing support through partner research, preparation of presentation materials, and supporting collateral_ * _Assisting with the preparation, logistics, and execution of key partner events (i.e. hosting hotel-specific events, marketing activations and ongoing relationship building initiatives)_ * _Development of various collateral such as toolkits, SOP’s, post mortems, executive summaries, etc._ * _Provide support for ongoing global partner program management – Fairmont, Raffles, Pullman, MGallery, Sofitel, Orient Express and Movenpick brands _ * _Support the development and execution of marketing partnership campaigns and initiatives_ * _Work collaboratively with key teams such as Wellness, Sustainability, Sponsorships, PR, Food & Beverage, Procurement to leverage partnerships opportunities _ * _Routinely engage closely with marketing teams, other internal functional departments, brands and properties/regions as it relates to partner activities, events and campaigns. _ * _Various administrative tasks such as required_ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * _Completed or working towards a post-secondary education in marketing, business or related discipline_ * _Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)_ * _Detail-oriented_ * _A self-motivated team player_ * _Strong communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills_ * _Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, while meeting various deadlines_ * _Previous marketing, partnership or event experience is an asset_
