INNOVATION SYSTEM ARCHITECT ENGINEER Date: 08-Feb-2022 Country/Region: FR City: PARIS TECH CENTER Contract Type: Unlimited Requisition ID: 31268 CONTEXT Faurecia Clarion Electronics business group has emerged three years ago from a mix of several major acquisitions and reorganization of Faurecia electronics activities. In this framework, FCE has gained maturity and is now creating a fully accountable and international team. The Innovation System Architect Engineer is responsible for support FCE business for all the Product Line activities on their needs on new technologies, challenge solutions, implement Proof of Concepts, provide, manage and promote Innovation services to internal and external customers. She/He will drive growth through innovation in support of the Division’s strategic plan, will contribute to internal and external promotion through Techno Sessions, customers and worldwide innovation public events in the field of her/his expertise. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Innovation System Architect Engineer is responsible for analyzing the stakeholder specifications and defining the System Architecture. The main responsibilities of the role are: * Identifies the needs and analyzes the input specifications (customer, platforms, manufacturing, safety, regulations, etc.); * Defines the System Architecture of the innovation project and update it following scope changes; * Tailors the standard process to meet the innovation project needs; * Identifies the System risks (and project risks caused by the System) and track them to closure; * Identifies the System issues and track them to closure; * Defines and analyzes the safety and cyber security requirements of the innovation project; * Surveys innovation automotive trends from system perspective to consolidate the innovation roadmap approach and participate to business decision; * Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have/be: MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: * Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science. EXPERIENCE: * Prior experience of minimum 3-8 years in System Architect Engineer. * Automotive product development and testing methodologies knowledges. * Experience in Automotive Software development. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Product System architecture knowledges (IVI, ADAS, IMS/DMS, Display, Accessories) * Software, hardware, mechanical and optical domain knowledge applied to Automotive products specification and architecture * Solutions used for automotive embedded developments * High capacity of synthesis for technical issues * Experience or knowledge of following tools (Non-exhaustive): * GIT/Gerrit/Bitbucket * JIRA * Confluence * Jenkins * Sense of working in SCRUM team in Agile methodology * Team player with strong communication skills in English * Enthusiastic about solving complex problems and alternative solutions * Passionate about automotive solutions and new usage of them _The Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned._ WE BELIEVE PEOPLE MATTER Faurecia is an equal opportunity employer.
