POYC Supply Chain Quality project leader (M/F)

Job Description: Procurement Operations (PO) is framing and operating “Control Suppliers” and “Supply External Products and services” processes for all Commercial A/C Programmes within its commodities (Equipment & Systems, Materials & Parts, Aerostructure, Propulsion, Cabin, Airframe Supply) in all Airbus sites, and as well in collaboration with other Airbus division and subsidiaries. Procurement Operations is accountable of two main missions: * Ensure global supplier performance on quality, on time to meet Airbus requirements, * Proactively develop suppliers to avoid structural supplier issues, to secure and continuously improve supply chain performance. Join PO, a trans-national team aiming at developing/improving/optimising the way Airbus is surveying and controlling its supply chain with stakeholder management in a very challenging environment link to other functions such as Quality, Engineering, Programs, Plants, Customer Services, General Procurement, Satair, A220, etc…. and with external airworthiness bodies. POYC mission is to : * Be one of the Architects of Procurement Operations improvement and transformation * Support operational excellence with Control Suppliers Process & Methods and related projects * Listen to our customers and understand their needs * Value people and share knowledge by creating a collaborative environment thanks to our Control Suppliers Competence Center Job holder mission: Lead and implement transformation projects on Supply Chain Quality (DESC/SCQM of the Future) aiming at: * Clear understanding of SCQM/S activity mapping (relative weight & criticality) and SCQM digital environments & processes mapping * Eliminate 70% of Non-Added Value, eradicate 80% of multiple data reprocessing, generate 15% extra Added Value / SCQM * Having one single screen access for 80% of transactional and reporting tasks * Driving transformation of SCQM job to face upcoming challenges (including necessary Skills & Competences and proposals for Governance adjustment including Reporting rationalisation) * Ensure and promote legacy/BOTS retirement, reduce tools landscape complexity * Facilitate Change Management (with support from other POY stakeholders) * Manage interfaces with other initiatives * Animate network within PO operations * Share best practices * Collect operational feedback and users expectations * Support operational teams * Identify areas for improvement, use appropriate communication means * Continuously strive for improvement and lean ways of working : manage changes and create deployment plans for implementation * Contribute to definition of Supply Chain Quality roadmap * Ensure that business needs are taken into account * Manage & maintain the standards and referentials according to business objectives, PO strategy and related projects * Ensure compliance to regulation requirements when needed * Ensure change management roll out; develop awareness and related strategy (trainings, e-learning, …) For all topics you are in charge of, you will be expected to: * Accelerate ideation of activities by enabling strong interaction between different stakeholders * Manage and share best practices, experience feedbacks and lessons learned between people and groups of interests * Develop and reinforce the network (areas of expertise, locations) * Education : Quality / Supplay Chain _ Skills & Competences_ * Ability to manage stakeholders and Change management with a listening and supportive mindset / empathy * Digital expertise * Creativity and Innovation mindset * Team work and collaboration * Autonomy & adaptability * Pragmatism * Assertiveness * Open, honest, clear and effective communication * Ability to structure a concrete action plan even with a complex environment and various expectations * Procurement / Industrial experience or profile would be appreciated * English negociaition and French advanced At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Rejoignez PO, une équipe transnationale ayant pour mission de développer/améliorer/optimiser la façon dont Airbus surveille sa chaine d'approvisionnement, dans un environnement dynamique et avec de multiples interlocuteurs, liens avec la Qualité, le Bureau d'Etudes, les Programmes, les usines, le Service Clients, les Achats Généraux, Satair, Airbus Canada, etc…. et en lien avec les autorités de régulation (EASA) Les missions de PO : * Être parmi les architectes de l'amélioration continue et de la transformation de PO * Supporter les équipes vers l'excellence opérationnelle à travers le processus "Control Suppliers" et les projets associés * Écouter nos clients et comprendre leurs besoins * S'appuyer sur un travail d'équipe et faire partager les connaissances par l'animation de forums et groupes de travail Le poste ouvert consiste à : * Piloter et implémenter des projets d'amélioration dans l'objectif d'éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée dans les activités du métier de Supply Chain Quality Manager et de réfléchir à l'évolution de ce poste à travers, une bonne compréhension des activités, des processus et outils associés * Eliminer 70% de la non-valeur ajoutée, l'éradication de 80% des tâches redondantes, avec pour objectif de dégager 15% de productivité / SCQM * Mettre en place un cockpit centralisé pour 80% des transactions du SCQM * Piloter la transformation du job SCQM (incluant les aspects Compétences et Training, ainsi que des propositions de gouvernance simplifiée et de reporting optimisé) * Promouvoir la suppression des outils non-standards, simplifier l'environnement digital des SCQM * Faciliter la gestion du changement * Gérer les interfaces avec les autres initiatives de PO Step up (programme de transformation de PO) Vous devrez également : * Rechercher des simplifications et améliorations dans nos façons de travailler * Contribuer à la transformation de Procurement Operations * Faire évoluer le référentiel processus conformément à la stratégie PO et les contraintes de l'entreprise * S'assurer de la compliance aux processus et régulations * Faire partager les bonnes pratiques et retours d'expérience * Développer et renforcer le réseau d'experts et représentants des commodités Formation : Qualité / Supplay Chain _ Savoir-être_ * Capacité en gestion du changement et écoute/empathie * Connaissances digitales * Créativité et esprit d'initiative * Travail en équipe et collaboration * Autonomie & adaptabilité * Pragmatisme * Assertivité * Transparence, honnêteté et capacités de communication * Capacité de structurer un plan d'actions dans un environnement complexe avec de multiples interlocuteurs * Procurement / Expérience industrielle ou opérationnelle souhaitée * Anglais négociation et Français avancé Chez Airbus, nous vous aidons à travailler, à vous connecter et à collaborer plus facilement et de manière plus flexible.
