CONTEXT The “Execution Performance & Enablers” team has a vacancy for an IT Product Manager in the IoT/AWS area within the Manufacturing Domain. The mission of the team is to design, develop & support digital solutions and services that improve the maturity of Industrial Operations by providing more real time visibility to detect & anticipate risks/issues and ease transparency between all stakeholders. Our solutions are used every day by thousands of Plants and FALs Manufacturing Execution actors like Team leaders, MSN managers, Shopfloor operators, Shopfloor technical support, ... We provide support and tools to our Business to tackle various disturbance during Manufacturing Process in order to secure the deliveries of CA, MCA, A/C on Time, Quality & Cost * Data gathering and analysis to optimize execution performance * Drive landscape simplification to improve user experience while reducing recurring costs * Standardize Data and its quality * Provide expertises on Digital solutions, drive adoption and recommend innovations * Provide best in class support of our solutions to secure business continuity The team is making the benefits of digital technologies available (Clouds, BigData, ERP, smartphone, DevOPS) to Manufacturing and Logistics so we can bring value to the market much faster, while retaining quality and scale, and making Life of Users easier WHAT YOU’LL DO You will be in charge of the offer “Industrial IoT” within the team “Execution Performance & Enablers”. Your mission will be to identify best usage of IoT (Internet of Thing) technical solutions for the purpose of Business Value creation in the Industrial Domains (Manufacturing, Supply chain & Logistic, Quality). You will design and maintain the Industrial IoT solutions and their integration within the E2E Business processes, in line with the Business functional architecture and the Enterprise Architecture guidelines. You will be accountable for the End to End Product/Application or Service lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement including management of dependencies. You will lead Multi Functional Teams formation in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle. You will identify opportunities and create a product or a Service that satisfies the client/end user including Time, Quality and Cost of the Product. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Leads the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's. * Responsible for Continuous Release Management. * Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and ensures solutions that best serves both. * Ensures that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner. * Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services. * Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line). WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES * Educated to a 5yr degree level (or equivalent) in IT, Engineering, Production or Aeronautic * Good Knowledge in Digital Technologies (AWS, Big Data) and Agile/SAFe method * Strong focus on Customer expectations and needs * Business Plan management * IT & Business Strategy alignment * IT & Business Change Management * IT Architecture Design * Product Lifecycle control & Planning * Solution Deployment * Stakeholders management * Strong Leadership and communication skills * Innovation & Entrepreneurship * Autonomous and accountable of activities * Team Player & active listening LANGUAGE SKILLS * Negotiation level of English * Advanced level of French would be a bonus At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
