DESCRIPTION OF THE DEPARTMENT Within AXA IM Alts, the Real Assets European Transactions team is composed of 30+ professionals responsible for originating, underwriting and executing real estate investments on behalf of all AXA IM Alts clients. The team operates through 10 local offices, covering Europe’s key markets and offering AXA IM Alts clients unparalleled access to deals, market intelligence and relationships with domestic partners and stakeholders. The team is active across the entire risk spectrum, with investment strategies ranging for Core to Opportunistic, both in traditional real estate sectors (office, retail, residential, residential) and alternatives (hotels, healthcare, data center, student housing…). 3. THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE * Valuation of real estate properties (approach by discounted cash flows, capitalization and comparison) * Perform market studies to support investment decisions * Management of deal pipeline * Monitoring of market transactions and peers * Review of pre-contractual transaction documentation (notably non disclosure agreements) * Participate in improving team tools and processes * Performing other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONS 4. Profile _EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS_ * Postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate _EXPERIENCE_ * Proven interest in finance and real estate (any previous internship within investment banks or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus) _COMPETENCIES_ * Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment * Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture * Strong analytical and synthesis capacity * Verbal and written communications and presentation skills * Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions * Fluent in English 5.
