ROLE
Within the Ports and Terminals Purchasing Department, you participate
in the preparation of negotiations in support of negotiators and help
in the analysis of financial data from suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inthis context, you are in charge of analyzing the consistency of the
data of the actual tools of the Department for the analysis of
supplier offers. You will help fill in the supplier relationship
manager.
In this context, you collect information and figures to create tables
for monitoring supplier expenses as well as the implementation of new
KPIs.
You help both in the collection of information and in its formatting.
You help with the proofreading of commercial offers and financial
impact calculations.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
In Master, you have a perfect command of Excel as well as digital
reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Quick Base would be a plus. Very
comfortable with figures, your methodical and synthetic mind allows
you to quickly format expenditure analyzes.
You will help buyers to better prepare their negotiation by drawing up
executive summaries of the ports of the countries concerned, thus
helping you to analyze the expenses in our terminals, you calculate
the impacts of the different rounds of negotiation, you will work in
close collaboration with our teams cost control, our local agents, our
logistics teams, reefers.
Your English is fluent both written and spoken, and you have very good
interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork.
