ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A PROJECT FINANCE INTERN include the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned on a need basis. * Assist the team on marketing presentations for potential financing & equity partners * Prepare and update banks and investors contacts list, banks profiles and comparative tables of financing offers * Support data room for Renewables projects, assist more senior members of the team on all other project finance related tasks (due diligence, loan documentation…) * Financial modeling of Renewables projects (Solar, Offshore Wind or Battery/Storage) to assess the projects’ economic profitability. Propose financial optimizations to increase projects’ profitability * Run scenarios, sensitivities and ad-hoc analyses in support of project team; * Prepare internal committee presentation (financial statements, economic results for TotalEnergies Renewables, sensitivities) to senior management in relation to internal committees’ decision * Issuance and follow-up on bank guarantees * Support the Credit analysis officer in the analysis of the creditworthiness of B2B clients PROFIL RECHERCHÉ SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS * Engineer/ Business School/ Sciences Po/ University * Good knowledge of Pack office, especially Excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus) * Previous experience with financial models will be preferred * Basic understanding of accounting/finance (P&L, CFS, BS, etc.) * Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, in both oral and written forms * Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, autonomy RÉFÈRENCE 47814BR MÉTIER Gestion de centres de profit, Resp Géné Finance, Gest Financière Trésorerie RÉGION, DÉPARTEMENT, LOCALITÉ 92 - Hauts-de-Seine TYPE D’EMPLOI Stage conventionné NIVEAU D’EXPÉRIENCE REQUIS Moins de 3 ans BRANCHE Gas Renewables And Power A PROPOS DE NOUS/PROFIL DE L'ENTREPRISE TOTALENERGIES est une compagnie multi-énergies mondiale de production et de fourniture d’énergies : pétrole et biocarburants, gaz naturel et gaz verts, renouvelables et électricité.
