recruiting for its client a Sales Manager Germany.
A historic agro-food industrialist in the PACA region, our client has
distinguished itself by the quality of its products and its proximity
to its customers. Among the first French stakeholders in fair trade,
the company shines in France and internationally. As part of its
continued development and to strengthen its export department, we are
recruiting a :
SALES MANAGER GERMANY (H/F)
POSITION BASED IN GERMANY
Reporting to the export department, and with the support of a
dedicated team, you manage the area entrusted to you and ensure its
development (turnover, margin, market share gain).
As such you :
* Search and find an importer / distributor who will be able to
collaborate with you,
* Develop business throughout the area in accordance with the
strategy dictated by the group's export department,
* Build lasting and qualitative relationships with customers and
prospects in the field: identify contacts, master decision-making
circuits, listen to customer needs and requests,
* Prospect and develop your client portfolio: apply the company's
commercial strategy; identify potentials; set priorities; implement
action plans in your area and monitor them; carry out events with your
customers (On-Trade Market),
* Ensure the liaison with the Management, and the communication
between the Distributor / and the Headquarters of the company,
* Carry out competitive intelligence.
Your Profile :
* Ideally a German nationality profile,
* Fluent English or French / Bilingual German
* 4/5 years of experience in the German On trade market, preferably
in the food industry
* Spirit of conquest, commercial dynamism, autonomy, reliability,
