POSITION SNAPSHOT
* Permanent position
* Location: Issy les Moulineaux, France
* Msc Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent in
technical and/or scientific discipline.
* Minimum 5 years in the corresponding technical field, preferably in
the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
* Minimum 5 years field experience (R&D or Operations), driving or
supporting his/her area of expertise.
* Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross
Functional teams.
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to travel

POSITION SUMMARY
At Nestlé in France, our employees and company performance is

environment. As a TAP Operatios Process Engineer, you are responsible
to deliver Unit Operations Management programs across the Technical
Functions, in order to develop competences for process operations.
You are Responsible to deliver continuous improvement execution
related to factory support in the area of processes.
YOUR MISSIONS
* Participate and support initiatives and action plan related to
consumer complaint, in area of competency.
* Participate and support 360 quality improvement program, in area of
competency.
* Participate and support specific action plan related to potential
QA crisis.
* Participate and support Production optimisation (processes, product
quality and safety)
* Provide and update key inputs to SOP and provide feedback to design
for design team
* Support validation trials in collaboration with PTC related
prototyping
* Support line commissioning, start-up and ramp-up of new investments
* Adhere to WoW and Project Management
* Provide and ensure that technical documentations/ UOM / SOPs are
delivered for key strategic equipments
* Provide C.I. initiative list, which need to be integrated in the
capital list for European roll-out
* In his/her Engineering Competence support the Innovation Renovation
process, maintaining links for new products technologies with
Engineering, Businesses, PTCs, R&Ds, Corporate Units, and
protecting/developing/deploying technological know-how.
* Optimise processes, product quality and safety
* Support factory trials in collaboration with R&D related
prototyping
* Maintain, transfer across NPPE and develop the corresponding
Engineering core Competence of his/her expertise, including Experts
networking, training and skills assessments.
* Review existing knowledge at global level
* Ensure Processes & Equipments in his/her area of Competence are
safe for people, products and environment, in line with all
corresponding local / Nestlé regulations.
* Ensure a corresponding Change Management process is in place and
applied, and drive the corresponding risk assessments and contingency
plans.
* Ensure the application of human safety, food safety, hygienic
engineering and environmental reviews and correct ways of working.
* Support factories to comply with legal and corporate requirements
for installations
* Mantain, transfer across NPPE and develop the corresponding
Engineering core Competence of your expertise, including Experts
networing, training and skills assessments.
* Ensure that factories are using correct and fixed operational
parameters on their line settings.
* Support /Follow / Lead C.I. initiatives.
