IM for Operations (DO) principal mission is to provide best in class information technology solutions for Airbus in order to secure industrial operations and boost its future performance. Tasks & accountabilities _Your main missions and responsibilities on this position are: _ ➥ Represent IM face in front of the business and promote IM vision, values, services and capabilities. ➥ IM Ecosystem accountability (PSL/products, transformation, obsolescence, simplification, chargeback, strategy,...) ➥ Attend Operational and Management routines for the FAL A321 Toulouse (SQCDP panels, board of management, operational priorities, digital initiatives, strategic alignment,...) ➥ Maintain overall customer satisfaction from business (FAL & support functions) and IM (PSLs/Products) sides. ➥ Maintain IM Performance dashboard (customer satisfaction, incidents, requests, MI,...) and IM Cockpit report ➥ Overall incidents & requests monitoring (Service Now) ➥ Collect business demands for IM, priorities, risks and opportunities for the IM PSLs/Products and support the deployment with key local stakeholders. ➥ IM escalation and crisis management ➥ Provide awarenesses to business on IM solutions based on detection and requests ➥ Business counterpart to local Digital Leader for IT/Digital alignment This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. For this open vacancy we are looking for following skills to bring with you: You will be able to demonstrate: ➥ Strong experience in stakeholder management ➥ Used to work on subjects of strategic importance and exposure ➥ Proven experience in developing/ implementing/ industrializing IS/IT projects ➥ Planning and budget capabilities ➥ Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally (adaptive with diverse audiences, including top management) ➥ Strong customer focus mindset ➥ Knowledge or an experience on manufacturing processes and/or information systems and/or digital initiatives ➥ A fluent level in English is required.
