We’re looking for someone like that who can: * take charge and grow an established client base and related AuM under management of UBS Funds * expand our network of industry contacts amongst banks and external asset managers in France * identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within UBS Asset Management and within the UBS Group * actively work with colleagues of UBS Asset Management to support the development of our offering * be innovative in identifying and developing new distribution and sales channels * build up and maintain excellent long-term client relationships based on an understanding of client needs * conduct the entire sales process from client presentations and proposals, to negotiation and acquisition * discuss and execute the wholesale strategy in France * be a member of the Wholesale EMEA committee VOTRE CAREER COMEBACK Nous sommes ouverts aux candidatures de personnes qui reviennent sur le marché du travail. The team is in charge of the distribution channel of the UBS Asset Management Offer covering mainly banks and insurances. Your role will cover France. VOTRE PROFIL You have: * a longstanding (min. 5-7 years) sales experience and a broad network in the banking / financial intermediary / AM sector in France * university degree or equivalent from a leading school in a relevant discipline such as Economics or Business Administration * gained extensive experience and a solid track record within the asset management industry: direct experience in a sales management in Asset Management role is required * a sound knowledge of the asset management product offering and processes as well as a profound understanding of the investment and advisory processes You are: * highly professional, pro-active and focused, with strong leadership, communication & influencing skills * able to work under pressure, handling complex situations and relationships, delivering against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail * able to bring a mix of analytical and conceptual skills with strong presentation and public speaking skills * fluent in French and English both written and spoken A PROPOS DE NOUS UBS est le leader mondial et seul gestionnaire de fortune qui soit vraiment actif sur l'ensemble de la planète.
