Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Leader du Développement du Business Digital (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac . Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département « Business Dévelopement et Innovation » en charge du support de la viabilité de l'entreprise. Cet apprentissage consistera à ÊTRE CRÉATIF AFIN DE PRENDRE EN CHARGE DES ENGAGEMENTS AU PRÈS D'I NVESTISSEURS. POUR RECHERCHER DES FINANCEMENTS DURANT LES ÉTAPES DE DÉVELOPPEMENT D'UN PRODUIT. Cet apprentissage pourra commencer en septembre 2022 et sera d’une durée de 1 an. Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Vous serez sous la responsabilité d'un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences. Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes : * GÉRER, ENGAGER, ET MOTIVER LES ÉQUIPES DIRECTES/TRANSVERSES, EN ENCOURAGEANT LA COLLABORATION ET EN LUTTANT CONTRE L'ISOLEMENT. * RESPECTER LES ÉCHÉANCIERS, LE COÛT ET LA QUALITÉ ATTENDUS PAR LE CLIENT À L'ÉGARD LES PRODUITS. * Optimiser les conditions de travail en garantissant la rentabilité d'Airbus COMPÉTENCES & PRÉREQUIS : Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC +3 dans le domaine de xxx ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1 ans. Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : * GESTION DE FLUX COMMERCIAUX * ÉLABORER UN PLAN D'AFFAIRES * ANALYSE DE RENTABILISATION ET DES CALCULS DE RETOUR SUR INVESTISSEMENT/IRR/VAN * CONNAISSANCE INDUSTRIELLES ET NUMÉRIQUES * * ESPRIT D'ENTREPRISE COMPÉTENCES LINGUISTIQUES : * ANGLAIS : COURANT * FRANÇAIS : courant Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.
