You will work as part of a dynamic team of communications project managers, with the support of an internal graphic studio team. You will participate in making Omexom shine all over the world. Your Mission English is Omexom’s primary communications language. We are looking for a native level English speaker who is a strong writer and editor with attention to detail. Working primarily with the Communications Project Manager – Editorial, but also closely collaborating with the rest of the communications team, you will: * Connect to people from all over the world and at all levels of the organization to gather content * In collaboration with the rest of the communications team, adapt this content for our website, social media, internal communication channels, and other supports * Participate in weekly content meetings and deliver assigned content on time * Proofread and edit; deliver constructive feedback to non-native speakers * Develop SEO-friendly content for our website to improve our website ranking and visibility Professional skills and accreditations * Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3/ +4) in Communications / Journalism * In-depth knowledge of MS Office tools * Advanced research and comprehension skills; Ability to translate complex ideas into simple messages * Attention to detail; ability to proof-read and edit information for a range of internal and external communications channels * Basic knowledge of SEO practices and WordPress * Languages: Native level English. Working level French. Another language is a plus * Authorized to work in France Soft skills * Experience working an international network and navigating cultural differences * Ability to listen and process information * Give and receive feedback with a positive, constructive, and eager-to-learn / eager-to-help attitude * Autonomous, resourceful, and dynamic personality * Interest for the energy sector and the environment You are comfortable in working autonomously and in developing strong working relationships with various stakeholders from different levels of our organization.
