In this role you will:

Develop your skills in sustainability, digital inclusion,
stakeholders’ engagement and more.
* Collaborate on Sustainability and Digital Inclusion projects
planning and delivery, including engagement of volunteering employees
across Europe
* Monitoring of Sustainability program impact results and positive
impacts, develop presentation of outcomes
* Support in developing proposals for stakeholders´ sustainability
requirements and needs.
* Maintain internal and external contact networks (employees,
academia, institutions, NGOs, Ericsson customers) based on projects’
involvement
* Contribute in developing sustainability contents and messages for
advocacy and visibility in both internal and external channels.
* Contribute with ideas and develop knowledge and communication
skills while interacting with top professionals in this field.
To be successful in the role you have:
*
Bachelor’s in economic / communication studies with sustainability
background.
* A background experience in employees’ engagement programs for
sustainable development in education/social areas are highly
appreciated.
* Good understanding of global sustainable development challenges, UN
Agenda 2030 of 17 SDGs
* Ability to interconnect with people in/outside Ericsson
* Adapting and responding to change
* Able to work in international and diverse environment with multiple
stakeholders and cultures
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for
team-based working
* Fluent English knowledge
* High motivated and passionate about Sustainability ad Corporate
Responsibility subjects
* Interest in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector
