INTERNSHIP Sustainability Performance Intern (M/F) February 2022 (6 months)

About the job This 6-month internship in Sustainability Performance will start in February 2022, and will be located in Paris (France, 75). CONTEXT: Within the Global Sustainability Performance Team, you’ll contribute to respond to the social, economic, and environmental challenges of our world, by working to measure, advance and report on Danone’s sustainability progress to bring in life our One Planet. On Health. (OPOH) vision and commitment in a valuable way with our internal and external stakeholders. At a crossroads between the internal experts, you will be working to deliver Danone's OPOH frame of actions, and facilitating connections between corporate, brands and subsidiaries strategies, as well as the B Corp ambition, as key success factors to achieve Danone 2030 Company Goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE * Supporting the finalization of our 2021 annual publications on sustainability topics: * Collect and integrate sustainability experts’ inputs and consolidated figures * Collect, from sustainability local network, flagship projects to valorize in our publications * Work on the development of disclosures related to Danone’s exhaustive extra-financial performance * Contribute to the development and upgrading of two iconic sustainability communication assets: Company Goals Dashboard & SDG contribution Dashboard (from content and communication perspective). EXTRA-FINANCIAL RATINGS AND RANKINGS * You will learn how to manage internal collaborative process in selected extra-financial ratings and rankings (Vigeo, Sustainalytics, S&P ESG, etc.); you will be exposed to the work related to the pioneering ‘future of ESG disclosure’ project * Contribute to the annual planning of key ratings and rankings that Danone proactively engages in * Support collaborative response to selected ESG questionnaires via engagement of senior internal stakeholders, data collection and review, and identifying and executing improvement opportunities. * Perform analysis of Danone’s results on these ratings and rankings to feed our sustainability strategy and improvement plans. * Work on automating ESG ratings and rankings data collection processes through the use of modern technology and by identifying synergies and overlaps between questionnaires coming from different ESG ratings and ratings. DANONE WAY * You will learn how Danone is guiding and measuring its local subsidiaries on its business and sustainability strategy through Danone Way to foster sustainable growth. * You will learn how the Danone Way results are animated at local and central levels: supporting data visualization and presentation of the insights to relevant stakeholders. * You will contribute to making Danone Way’s content staying up to date by supporting the global evolution of the program. You will also contribute to the articulation of Danone Way and B Corp to foster synergies. * You will contribute to the preparation of the 2022 Danone Way campaign, relying on a consolidation technology and a network of 100+ local coordinators.
