JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description: YOU WILL JOIN OUR TEAM AS RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER IN CHARGE OF RECRUITING THE FUTURE TALENTS WITH HIGH STRATEGIC VALUE TO THE LONG-TERM AMBITIONS OF AIRBUS. IN SIMPLE TERMS, YOU WILL ENABLE AIRBUS TO MEET FUTURE CHALLENGES AND OUR GROWTH INTO EMERGING MARKETS. You'll do this by understanding the business needs & challenges, highlighting and communicating our Purpose, Values and Mission, defining and implementing the best strategy to source, attract, interview and select only the most talented people to join Airbus.
