Job Description:
YOU WILL JOIN OUR TEAM AS RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER IN CHARGE OF
RECRUITING THE FUTURE TALENTS WITH HIGH STRATEGIC VALUE TO THE
LONG-TERM AMBITIONS OF AIRBUS. IN SIMPLE TERMS, YOU WILL ENABLE AIRBUS
TO MEET FUTURE CHALLENGES AND OUR GROWTH INTO EMERGING MARKETS.
USING A MIX OF PROACTIVE SOURCING, TALENT POOLING AND PIPELINING, YOU
WILL BOTH FILL OUR OPEN VACANCIES WHILE PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE TO
MEET THE EXPECTED NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS. KEY PART OF YOUR ROLE IS TO
HELP BUILD OUR EMPLOYER BRAND.
You'll do this by understanding the business needs & challenges,
highlighting and communicating our Purpose, Values and Mission,
defining and implementing the best strategy to source, attract,
interview and select only the most talented people to join Airbus.
YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS TO UNDERSTAND THE ORGANISATION’S
REQUIREMENTS AND HELP TO BUILD JOB PROFILES THAT MEET BUSINESS NEEDS
*
USE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS AND YOUR KNOWLEDGE
OF THE RECRUITMENT MARKET TO INFLUENCE THE TALENT ACQUISITION APPROACH
OF THE BUSINESS
*
DEFINE THE MOST APPROPRIATE SOURCING STRATEGY, CHANNELS AND SOCIAL
MEDIA TO IDENTIFY AND ATTRACT THE MOST TALENTED PEOPLE (USING A MIX OF
PASSIVE AND ACTIVE SOURCING)
*
CREATE ATTRACTIVE, COMPLIANT AND DIVERSITY-FRIENDLY JOB ADVERTS TO
PROMOTE YOUR VACANCIES
*
SCREEN APPLICATIONS, ASSESSING THEIR POTENTIAL USING THE LATEST TOOLS
AND TECHNOLOGIES
*
ORGANISE AND CONDUCT CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS
*
ACTIVELY CONTRIBUTE TO THE CANDIDATE SELECTION AND DECISION MAKING
PROCESS
*

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

EXTENSIVE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY FROM WORKING AS A
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FOR A RECRUITMENT AGENCY
*
TEAM PLAYER
*
SOME EXPERIENCE OF IN-HOUSE / INTERNAL OR RPO RECRUITMENT
*
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE RECRUITED FOR TECHNICAL OR ENGINEERING SKILLS
AND KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO ATTRACT AND ENGAGE THE BEST PEOPLE
*
STRONG SOURCING AND ATTRACTION SKILLS, BOTH PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE –
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SOURCING DIFFICULT-TO-FIND PROFILES AND
RECRUITING TOOLS

A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE JOB MARKET, THE ASSOCIATED
CHALLENGES AND HOW TO OVERCOME THEM
