Job Description We offer an apprenticeship program in an international environment focused on talent acquisition, retention, and management with several international HR projects. 3 main axes: * INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT: you will carry out the entire recruitment process (from sourcing on job boards to supporting your candidates with hiring managers). * You will have the opportunity to interact with candidates from all over the world, for a wide variety of positions (HR, Sales and Business Development, Finance, Middle and Top Management, etc.). * COORDINATION OF THE RECRUITMENT/HR BUSINESS LINE AT THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL: daily contact with our employees in foreign subsidiaries to monitor activity and participate in cross-functional projects (creation of Talent Pools, monitoring of the proper use of our new global ATS, compliance with the "HR processes Group", support for countries and sharing of good recruitment practices, etc.). * HR PROJECTS TO BE SELECTED FOR DEVELOPMENT AND/OR IMPLEMENTATION: Integration program, VIE management, updating of recruitment processes, improvement of reporting, etc. What we offer: * A dynamic and caring work environment where you will learn new skills while consolidating your knowledge. * The opportunity to gain autonomy and to take the lead on recruitment processes. * An international environment, with the possibility of meeting and interacting with colleagues from all backgrounds and specialties on a daily basis. Qualifications Student in Master's degree . You ideally have a first experience in recruitment. Technical Skills: * Fluent English is essential for daily interactions (emails, calls, etc...) with our overseas teams and candidates; * Good knowledge of Word & Excel; * A basic knowledge of LinkedIn and its mechanisms is necessary in order to approach the use of the Recruiter version in the best possible way!
