To search for, attract and hire this talent, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter – Paris / France (remote) As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you work within a team of 30 Talent Acquisition Specialists (2 of who in France) on identifying and attracting top talent within both France and Europe. You know better than anyone how to attract and inspire them. You take your applicants on the best Candidate Journey they have ever experienced. Within this role you are not just a Recruiter, but a real Strategic Partner in Recruitment. What will you be doing? * Develop and implement recruitment strategies for a diverse and high-potential candidate base * Managing recruitment processes for various disciplines (Sales, Consultancy, Tech, Marketing…) * Build and maintain relationships with your Hiring Managers * Finally, there is endless space for your initiatives and ideas! What will you bring? * A bachelor's or master's degree * A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruiter * Pre: experience in a large, international organization * You are fluent in French and English (Do you also speak another European language?
