Description
We are looking for a Senior TA Recruiter with extensive experience
hiring across EMEA, ideally within Sales - to join our growing Global
Talent Acquisition team. This is a true talent advisory role that will
require you to leverage market intelligence and analytics to influence
business decisions. You'll work closely with our Talent Branding team
to build successful talent channels and promote Equinix across the
regional Sales talent pool.
As Senior Recruiter, you will be part of a small team responsible for
managing the full cycle recruitment across EMEA to recruit for our
Sales and Marketing hiring. You will guide and facilitate the hiring
managers to successful hires and drive constant external market
awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for working in a small team of recruiters
who are managing the full cycle recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Probe to understand key requirements and develops sourcing strategies
to ensure strong candidate flow
*
Drives direct sourcing agenda by leveraging social media platforms;
increase our presence on social media
*
Partners with hiring manager to identify key roles and
responsibilities of the interview team
*
Ensures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the
interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and
professionally
*
Facilitates the debriefing process towards a recommendation
*
Consults and offers guidance to hiring managers on the Hiring Process
to ensure an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate recruiting
and onboarding experience
*
Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior
management, and other groups as necessary
*
Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange
information
*
Manages candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate
*
Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and
benchmark progress
QUALIFICATIONS
*
EMEA full lifecycle recruitment experience preferably within
recruiting for sales professionals within the technology industry
*
Fluent English essential with fluent German desirable
