Team Description Join one of the numerous Amadeus UX teams to impact the travel industry. Examples of areas you could discover: airline, hotel, airport, payment, corporate travel, innovation. This is a generic offer. You will be contacted for specific internships topics based on your profile and desired areas of contribution. DURING THIS EXPERIENCE Depending on the team, under the supervision of a UX professional, you will contribute to: * UX design activities * Build wireframes, flowcharts, mockups and interactive prototypes * Contribute to our Design System, a smart, scalable, flexible and robust library of components following our 4 pillars: responsive, branded, user-centric, accessible * Check your designs against the standard web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) * UX research activities * Define research protocols (interviews, surveys, web analytics analysis, user testing…) * Conduct research * Run analysis and reporting, design personas and other relevant UX deliverables * Define product evolutions recommendations * Workshops and facilitation * The list of activities is not exhaustive and may vary according to the department and the team. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Is pursuing Bachelor/Master’s degree studies in Psychology, Ergonomics, Design or equivalent and has a good level of proficiency in English. You have a strong analytical thinking, are rigorous, creative and are attentive to detail. You have interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to evolve in a multicultural team. You have the willingness to learn, share your ideas, and improve yourself every day.
