JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES: * he / she ensures that all the activities related to the continuing airworthiness management can be financed and performed in accordance with the required authority’s standards and the standard ATR has decided on, * he / she is responsible for ATR management system which policy and targets he / she defines in collaboration with the quality manager, * he / she appoints designated post holders, particularly the airworthiness management post holder and defines their tasks and responsibilities. The nominated post holder for continuing airworthiness is the airworthiness manager; he / she supervises the ATR CAMO activities: * he / she defines and implements the necessary means for achieving the activities, * he / she guarantees the correct and on-time accomplishment of actions for the airworthiness management activities, * he / she is responsible for the definition, setting up and maintenance of the necessary equipment and resources for the Continuing Airworthiness Management activities, * he / she ensures the setting up and the follow up of corrective actions resulting from the supervision of the quality manager and the customers when applicable, * he / she defines the procedures and means of works, * he / she defines the planning and the staff assignments on tasks, * he / she analyses and rectifies the internal or customers related discrepancies, * he / she ensures that the services provided are compliant with contractual requirements. * he / she contributes to operational activities of his / her services, such as, but not limited to, aircraft recovery, in service aircraft and main element (engines, propellers, landing gears...) CAMO management The nominated post holder for continuing airworthiness has the responsibility to ensure that all maintenance is carried out on time to an approved standard. To assist him / her in achieving activities of continuing airworthiness, the continuing airworthiness Manager relies on the expertise of airworthiness management analysts. PROFILE Experience: above 10 years work experience on equivalent position. Initial training: _Aeronautical technician or engineer (IMA, ESTACA, BTS Aéronautique, IAAG, ENAC, ISAE, etc.) _ Language: English technical IT: standard usage with MIS (Maintenance Information System ), Microsoft outlook, word, xls Soft skills: Capability to work in team and in a transversal manner through all ATR company , customer relationship and interface with the national aviation authorities, diplomacy. Specific constraints: _Availability for frequent trips in France and abroad ( Missions from 1 week to 3 weeks, around 3 months per year), flexibility in working Hours depending on operational constraints _ This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
