Vous intégrerez le département Tech Data Aircrew e n charge de l’élaboration des manuels de vol destinées à nos clients pilotes. Ce poste consistera à assurer la maturité de bout en bout de la chaine d’outils de production du manuel de vol, de la gestion de la configuration machine à la rédaction et demande de diffusion du manuel à nos clients. La capacité de nos rédacteurs techniques à produire un manuel de vol dans un environnement robuste et efficace ainsi que la livraison à nos clients de manuels de grande qualité, accessibles dans des formats innovants, seront les mesures du succès de votre mission. Vous contribuerez à la transformation du département et de l’industrie du manuel de vol et serez un acteur clef de la maturité de l’application c-RFM, computorized rotorcraft manual, premier manuel de vol digital au monde. DES DÉPLACEMENTS PROFESSIONNELS SONT À PRÉVOIR ET DE CE FAIT VOUS DEVREZ ÊTRE DISPOSÉ(E) À VOUS DÉPLACER EN CONSÉQUENCE CE POSTE NÉCESSITE UNE HABILITATION DE SÉCURITÉ OU NÉCESSITE D'ÊTRE ÉLIGIBLE À UNE HABILITATION PAR LES AUTORITÉS RECONNUES. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS: Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes : * Rassembler/analyser les besoins utilisateurs, les anticiper * Prioriser les besoins * Les traduire sous formes de « user stories » * Contribuer à l’analyse de faisabilité préliminaire et de la définition de la solution * Définir les tests d’acceptation et leurs critères et participer aux tests * Contribuer au processus de changement auprès des utilisateurs * Fournir les indicateurs de suivi et les éléments qualitatifs nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité * Adopter une approche d’amélioration continue * Contribuer à la préparation du master plan informatique (budget, périmètre, jalon majeur, …) * Gérer les risques et opportunités * Faire du benchmarch avec Airbus Commercial Aircraft Vous serez en interface avec le département Processus, Méthodes et Outils d’Airbus Helicopters, le département informatique, ainsi que les développeurs externes (Navblue) de l’application c-RFM. Vos autres parties prenantes seront les Essais en Vol et le Training. Vous serez en charge de suivre, d’évaluer et animer la performance de nos fournisseurs internes et externes et de vous assurer du respect des contrats de développement. Vous serez libre d’organiser le cadre et les routines de suivi. Vos clients seront : * Les rédacteurs techniques Airbus Helicopters à qui vous devrez livrer une solution de rédaction qui soit la plus performante possible * Les pilotes clients d’ AIRBUS HELICOPTERS que vous devrez accompagner dans la prise en main du c-RFM Cette position existe une orientation client forte, un grand sens de l’initiative et une énergie pour l’action. An offer entitled Tech Data Aircrew digital solutions Product Owner (m/f) has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on its Marignane site. You will join the Tech Data Aircrew department, in charge of elaborating flight manuals for AH pilot customers. The position consists in ensuring the end to end maturity of the production tool chain, from configuration management to the authoring and distribution of manuals. The success of the mission will be measured based on the capacity to provide technical writers a safe and user-friendly environment and to deliver customer pilots with high quality manuals, accessible on innovative digital media. As such, you will be contributing to the department and industry transformation, providing customers with the first digital flight manual c-RFM (computerized Rotorcraft Manual). This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role will consist in the following tasks, not limited to: * Gather/analyze business needs and anticipate new ones * Prioritize requirements * Translate them in user stories * Contribute to the preliminary feasibility study and solution definition. * Define criteria for acceptance tests and perform tests * Accept delivery and authorize the transfer to the business * Contribute to the change management process with end users * Provide regular figures/KPI and qualitative analysis * Adopt a continuous improvement approach by following up her/his KPI * Contribute to the IM Master Plan preparation by providing required elements on her/his product (e.g. budget, scope, planning, priorities, …) * Manage risks and opportunities * Contribute to certification audits * Benchmark activities with Airbus Commercial Aircraft You will be interfacing with Airbus Helicopters internal Process and Method and Tools Department and Information Management Team, as well as with c-RFM external developers. Other internal stakeholders will be Flight Tests and Training. You will be in charge to monitor, assess and drumbeat the performance of your internal and external providers, monitor the compliance to the contract and escalate burning topics. You will be responsible to set up the right piloting framework and run the associated routines. Your customers will be: * AH technical writers for whom you will have to deliver the most efficient authoring production tool/chain * AH customer pilots whom you will have to support in their discovery and competence ramp up with c-RFM This position requires a strong customer mindset and being in the field of innovation, initiative and bias for action.
